About the event
We are so happy and grateful that two of our Super Seniors Rosemary Shieh and Sachiyo Yamasaki will
share some of their self-care tips with us.
Tomoko Ozawa was a beloved Super Senior. She was another incredible example of our Aldersgate Super Seniors.
Tomoko did a set of exercises everyday that she shared with fellow healing arts attendees.
We will show you how to do them to remember Tomoko.
We will warm up with Qi Gong exercises.
