About the event
We hope that you are all safe, healthy, and happy. It has been a while since we last gathered in person
for Koyukai. We had hoped to see everyone in person this month, but we will be meeting on Zoom for
our October Koyukai. Everyone is welcome to attend.

This month we plan to review what we have shared in the past. We hope this Koyukai meeting will help
you will feel at ease, energized, and confident in your ability to take good care of yourself. Here is what
we will cover in the October Koyukai:
Falling, hydration, and eating – confidence, patience, practice
Qigong exercises for shoulders, head, neck, arms, and legs
Reiki for self-care
Sharing your self-care practices with the group
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday October 26, 2021, at 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Zoom. Do not
worry if you are unable to join us on Zoom. We will send you information you can use at home. When
practicing at home, please be careful and start slowly to build up your strength and endurance. Go
slowly and mindfully. When you do exercises while standing, make sure you have a chair or something
sturdy to hold on to in case you feel like you might fall.
